There was a simple reason for opening a store:

We outgrew our home!!

 Our store opened in 2004, and it is a family owned business.  We take time and pride in educating everyone on fresh and salt water fish, birds and reptiles.  Besides performing service calls on fish tanks, we “baby sit” reptiles and some birds, too.  
When customers tell us about animals that do not appear well, we do everything possible to help determine what is affecting them, and why they might be sick.
A typical grooming takes about one hour and is on an a “by appointment” basis only.  There is no ‘caging’ of any kind and dogs always get walked, water, and some generous playtime before going home.
